mod function doesn’t appear to be working

	i've made someone a mod and they didn't notice any "differences" in their abilities. so i created a bogus account, made it a mod, logged in and didn't have a single "mod" power - edit/delete or things of that nature. any ideas?

	You have to grant the user permission to edit and delete posts, then they will have the power to edit delete all posts in the forum they are a moderator of.
