I was wondering if this may be worth considering. We can upload files or pics but when the post concerning the upload is removed the file pic remains. How about an option to remove a file/pic and inform...

"A file is linked to this post you are removing do you wish to remove the file from the server? Warning removing this file may stop other posts linked to it from downloading it".

This will help in cleaning up the forums.

Indeed, it is incredibly annoying when you get linked to a file that no longer exists
