I know in my 6.34 forum I was able to have multiple sized avatars.  Was this a mod or standard.  If mod, has anyone redone it for v7 or will it still work?

Thanks a million all,
Mike

it was a mod. i had it but now i havent had time to do it again. it has to do with editing your skin file to allow a bigger max size and then editing some other file that allows smaller sizes instead of streching them. however to be honest with you different avatar sizes make a board look very very unprofessional so i didnt bother with it this time.

Stretched avatars look crap!

If I change the avatar dimensions in skin_file.asp (v7.4) to 128 x 128 then all of the boards included 64x64 avatars stretch. I want my maximum avatar size to be 128 x 128 but I don't want smaller ones to stretch, how can I achieve this???

This has nothing to do with editing code!  You can remove the code check but then anyone can break the table, you can change the dimensions but then all avatars would still be 1 size.

What I'm talking about is a JavaScript that's floating around that was created during v6.x that allowed for multiple sizes...but no one seems to know where it is or uses it and I find this hard to believe.
