Hi all,
On my forum I am trying using the Mass Email Members function, but with no success.
 
it sends 46 mails out of 4000 he should send.
according to posts that I saw here, and a phone that i do for my ISP, I realized that the server I am sending too, limits me.
I tried to configure my own mail server and succeded to create accounts, but still couldn't use the SMTP server, probably because lake of knowledge about how to define a mail server.
 
I give up on a mail server of my own, and I am searching a server that won't limit me when I am sending bulk mail.
does any one have any mail address that I might use?

You don't really get open relay SMTP servers any more because spammers just abuse them.

If your host has placed a limit on the number of emails you can send then their probably is a reason. I would check with them that you can send bulk email. May hosts will immediately suspend your web site for sending bulk email advertising a site on their servers even if you use your own mail server.

I have phoned my host, and he told me there is no problem sending bulk mails, only if I host my site on their servers.

since my site is on my own server(2003 server), I don't need host it on their hosts.
maybe there is a tutorial which will explain me how to setup my own mail server, correctly? I am using the CDOSYS method.
