Problem with long names on SQL version

If I write a long name for a forum or a catgory I am getting this error:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e21'

Multiple-step OLE DB operation generated errors. Check each OLE DB status value, if available. No work was done.

/forum/admin/forum_details.asp, line 160

My host said that is a problem in the programming.

What am I need to do? Cry

It could be a corrupted file try reuploading the files again.

can you show an example of the names you are using?

then we can say if it is to long or not.

OK.
I just found out that fhis problem is showing just when I write a name in Hebrew.
Know I tried to write in same length word in English.
One more phenomenon it's that when I write short name in Hebrew and after that want to edit him instead of letters I see:

You need to set the character encoding for your browser.

You can do this by editing the file 'includes/header.asp' and put in a meta tag to tell the browser what page encoding is required for your character set.
