Is there a way to schedule the closing of a Topic

	More specifically I am talking about Topics which include Polls. I want to be able to automatically close a topic once a "Closing Date" has been reached, rather than manually closing the topic. Similarly, what about a facility for scheduling the opening of a topic?

	Running schedule tasks in ASP is almost imposiable as without access to the server you can not trigger ASP files to run at specific times to carryout the process.
