I'm not quite sure of your problem, but this message is displayed when uploading as file and image uploads may take some time

You need to turn off friendly HTTP error messages in IE so you get what the actual error is.
Most of the time though the person doesn't have the upload component installed on the web server, so check what upload components your web host supports.

This means that the upload component you are trying to use is not installed on the server.
The Web Wiz RTE supports about 5 different upload components, that are
listed on the download page. One of these needs to be installed on the
web server.
You will need to contact your web hosting company and find out what upload components they have installed on the server, then edit the RTE_setup.asp file with notepad to tell the RTE which upload component you are using.

I have never heard of 'Class Upload ASP', so I'm afraid that the Web Wiz RTE does not support this upload component.
It supports all the major upload components that 99% of hosting companies support:-
Persits AspUpload 2.x or higher, Dundas Upload 2.0, SoftArtisans FileUp 3.2 or above, aspSmartUpload, AspSimpleUpload
