Edit the file 'includes/browser_page_encoding_inc.asp' and change the page encoding to the same as you used on your old forum.

I have same problem and I alreay changed this.
When I quote someone, I get jibrish characters.
This problem occurs only if i Quote from a specific computer. maby it is the cause of the regional settings.

It could be that the character set is not supported on that machine so the browser is enable to encode the characters properly when submitting to the server.

I dont think this is the problem, cause the machine I am working on, is fully supported with my language.
