Does this occur only on your site or on this site as well?
It looks like a CSS bug, as I have had to change the CSS on that page so that it would work with Safari.
It could also be to do with the CSS on your own site if you have changed the CSS or are trying to integrate the forum into your own sites design.

This is a clean install using only my old Database (converted). It happens on some post and not others.
I have not seen it occur on your site so far.

Do you have a link so that I can investigate myself?
Also, does this happen on pages with polls on, or any page?

I have two installs of the forum RC1 & Rc1.1 on my site, it happens only on 1.1.
I have also checked the forum on a seperate PC, the error shows on that on too.
I will PM you with the link to the site as it is not a public site and I do not want the link published.
It does not happen with polls as far as I can see

I believe I know why the error sometimes happens as I had to change the CSS width property to make it compatible with Safari overwise posts for Safari users disappeared off the side of the page.
However, in tests I have done the posts where displaying fine in both browsers, so it will be good to have a look at your site to try a find out why it is occurring.
I may need to put in some browser detection to change the CSS for Safari users or for IE users. Other browsers don't seem to be affected no matter what way you put the CSS width property.

I've just had a look at the page and it is displaying like that for all browsers.
On closer inspection it seems that someone has copied and pasted a post directly from MS Word.
The HTML that MS Word creates is awful and it is this code that has screwed up the page view.
The way to correct this problem is to remove the post and ask the user to post it again, but this time use the 'Paste From Word' Tool on the full reply form to clear up the MS Word part of their post.

Cut down the number of post per page to 3 as you suggested.
Then cut ("ctrl a" & "ctrl x") the articles out 1 by 1, those which were pasted from other web pages caused the error, when I repasted them back the error disappeared.
1 emoticon from a post made under version 7 also caused the error. When I cut it from the page the error went.
