Getting this error when I send out a mass mailing to all the members of the site.

501 5.5.4 Invalid Address

I am running on a access database and everything was working last week on the mailing.
I open the database and notice that everyone with comcast emails it is replaces with comcast.net
I have checked the bad word filter to see if there is anything in there causing the issue but no luck.
There is also a few other words doing something similiar// Am I looking at the wrong issue?
