problem with database upgrade tool

Hi,
I'm trying to upgrade my database to v8, however whenever I run the tool in internet explorer (v6) it comes up with just the coding for it and not the tool, but when I run the tool in opera it's a mixture of the tool and the coding, but still refuses to update. It just comes up with an error page.
 
Any ideas of what I should do? And does it matter if you've changed the database name?

The upgrade tool is an ASP file and requires an ASP server to run.

It sounds like you are trying to use the upgrade tool without running it on an a web server with support for ASP.
