    Posted: 03 May 2006 at 10:22pm

I am using version 8.21 and have purchased advertisement removal.

Issue 1 (Annoyance)

If I am logged in using the administrator password, why do I have to log in again to view the Admin menu?

Issue 2 (Bug?)

I have the system set for Email Activation of Membership and am using JMail 4.x

When a new user registers both the user and admin receive the correct emails.

If the admin closes all their browsers and clicks on their email link e.g.

http://www.operationlifeblood.com/forum/admin_activate.asp?USD=14

they get an ASP error message:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01f4'

Variable is undefined: 'SendMail'

/forum/admin_activate.asp, line 133

If I then close all instances of the browser again and click on it a second time it appears the Account is activated.

Is this a bug?

Issue 3 (Bug?)

When the user’s account is activated they do not receive a notification email

This is done by design as the admin area now uses a more complex security system

P.S this is the Forums modification forum, for support questions please post in the support forum!
Handyman man?
