When I edit the skin_file.asp and change the Table Title Colors from #CCCCCC to #C9C9B1 it flashs the color change for a second then goes back to the CCCCCC color.

I can't seem to get the Table Title Colors to change.

Sounds more like a browser problem then if it flashes the new colour.

I've tried it on a couple different PC using different browsers and I get the same results.

Is the skins file the only file that I need to change or do I also need to edit the default styles file?

There is a table background color and a cell background image.
It flases because it shows first the background color and then load the background image (table_bg_image.gif). The background image has the same color as the org. background color.

 Color CCCCCC

 Color C9C9B1

 Color C9C9B1+ image

so edit table_bg_image.gif
