Are poll votes restricted by IP address?
I've just created a poll, voted myself (and subsequently correctly been told "You have already voted in this poll"), then logged in from a different machine (which obviously reports a different IP address) and have the option to vote again.
On the other hand, I can't vote again from the first machine even if I log in using a different user account (get "You have already voted in this poll" again).
This came to light because a user couldn't vote after someone else had from the same location.
If so, is there any simple way to swap the restriction to one based on the user name instead? Otherwise, each time a user on a dialup connects, they will be able to vote again as the ISP assigns a new IP!
