i wannt use file in form that can user attach it. and i will saved to the database.
i wrote the form and insert query, but i wannt show the field of file i didn't know how can i showed?
 
please help me

Saving files to databases, is somewhat troublesome as it differs from platform to platform, firslty are you useing a relations database/object relational or object oriented (as only the second two will work). 
However there is a simpler way than faffing about with the database, why not just plonk the file in some folder somewhere nicley out the way, then save a path to the file in the database ona normal text field, this makes it quite simple.

i define filed in table of the database as object. in the form i used input type file, so i saved the file
i didn't know if what i did it is wrong or true.
know i wannt show the conent of the file and i don't know how
 
about the tow meothd how i can save the file in folder? are you mean downloade the file?if yes how can i do it?
also the save path?
