   Hi. 

I am making some modifications in the forum layout and I just can not get past this. 

First off, how come that there is no row that used to say "Important topics (or was it threads? )" where the announcements are posted - you know, the topics that are listed BEFORE the normal ones (old version has this working fine). Since there is code for it, how come that it is not displayed?

Also, how could I move these rows, that say "important topics" and "forums threads" above the sort line (threads, topic stater,...) without too much of pain?

Any answer/suggestion would be very appreciated.
