Hey all!

Some days ago my forum stopped working. It has always pointed to the folder with the name of the forum, and then gone to the default file. The file is still there, but it doesn't work. It just says:

The website cannot display the page

I've tried re-uploading the default-file, but no luck!

If I go directly to the posting area, the forum is still there. I've closed the forum down now, so that works too. /forum_closed.asp. Common.asp also jumps to foum_closed, but when I write /default.asp, it shows the error above.

Any advice?

Nicholas

- Turn off the 'Show Friendly Error Messages' in Internet Explorer and get the exact error message.
- What type of database is your forum using?

I can't even log in as an administrator, it just says the forum is closed.

This is the Internet Explorer message-
Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0116'
Missing close of script delimiter
/eviltwin/default.asp, line 211
The Script block lacks the close of script tag (%>).

I don't know what type of database, hopefully Nicholas can help on that one.

Hope this helps
Thanks
Steve

Such an error usually indicates a corrupted file. Try re-uploading the original files again.
