Hoping to have a full version out within a few weeks, but it depends on how many people are willing to try out the new version and report back any issues.

An upgrade tool is being written as we speak, and a version 9 database will work with both version 8 and version 9, so you can upgrade your present database to testout version 9 and still use version 8 as your full production forum.
