Displaying topics by post count

Ok, I've been using this forum for a very long time, but never had the need for this now and I'm not quite sure if it is even possible. What I would like to do is hide a complete section from people until they reach a certain amount of posts. I know you can add a group with special permissions, but then you have to manually assign folks to that group in order to view a particular section. What I want is for everyone to have access to that particular section once they reach a certain amount of posts.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

And excuse my ignorance in advance if it is possible and its an easy thing to do knowing that i've been using this forum for years

Right, but what if for example, I want everyone to have a minimum of 10 posts before a certain section becomes visible and the post count for the next group in the ladder system is set to 50?

I guess what I don't want is to tie it in with the current ladder system structure.

But I guess with your explanation, it answers my question. I'll try to tie it in with my existing ladder system.
