This release follows our monthly security audit for new vulnerabilities
that effect web based applications, and tightens up security against
these threats and is highly recommended that all users upgrade to this
latest release.
A
number of issues reported in previous releases has also been addressed,
including fixing some issues with the new upload tools and improving
support for non-western characters sets.
