       The uptake of Internet Explorer 7 (IE 7) with native PNG support has
been much slower than anticipated when Web Wiz Forums version 9
frontend began development in December 06. This has lead to a number of
issues with the speed of rendering of images in IE  5 and 6. This
latest release of Web Wiz Forums fixes this issue by using GIF images
for users who are using older versions of IE.

Other fixes and changes include fixes in the Member API System, Login System, and in the Private Messaging System.
