Suspended user still has access

Hi all,

I was wondering if someone could see if they also have this issue.

A User is in a group that has access to certain forums but also has individual permissions to elevate then to be able to view, edit, create etc in a certain forum. If that user is suspended for inappropriate behavior then that is blocked from the forums they have group access to but the user can still see and edit in the forum that they have individual access to.

Not sure if I have setup this person's permissions correctly or not but I have temporarily removed the users individual permissions and now they can't see anything.

Is this a glitch or my setup of the person's permissions incorrectly.
