Hi,
Not sure if this is the correct forum but I couldn't find anywhere that seemed more appropriate !

I bought a Licence key for V8, and now I want to Upgrade to V9.51 - When I go to download it, I can only get the free version, not the Premium one. I get taken to the Client login area but I don't ever remember having a login (the forgotton password link indeed tells me I have no account)

Do I need to buy another licence key for V9 ? Was there always a Free V8 and a Premium one. Maybe I had the free one and the key to remove ads. I'm confused Embarrassed

BTW - If i need a new key or to pay for premium it's not a problem - It's been superb value Clap

I think you need to convert the V8 licence to a V9 one

not sure how you would do that - you'll need to wait for Bruce to responde
