You could try changing the LCID in your common.asp file.

For more info on LCID see the page below:-

by the way, how to fouce web wiz forums configration to everything to "uft8-unicode",

I presume write to mysql topics & threads must be uft8 format, because mysql everything is set to "uft8-unicode", I using navicat for mysql client to operate mysql, encoding betwin unicode & chinese, something like ????????????

When using mySQL with ASP you have to use the myODBC driver, it maybe this which doesn't support UTF-8 as Web Wiz Forums can use UTF-8 fine with other supported databases.

Try installing the newer myODBC 5.1 database driver on the server and edit in notepad the database/database_connection.asp file and change it from the default myODBC 3.51 driver to myODBC 5.1 driver.

If this doesn't work try using SQL Server instead.

in my localhost, when I configration everything set by default. I didn't do any change. then I extractor the web wiz forums, just setup database_connetion.asp this file, and everything also set by default.

then this issue happening. write topics & threads into mysql, then read them form mysql, both are not ok.

text appear each property with behide.

like:
枉逝岁朿browser=RTE
我们都是中国亿priority=0
Delphi技术交浿description=交流技朿showTopics=0
