The error messages means that the myODBC 3.51 driver has not been found.

Make sure you have installed the myODBC 3.51 driver on the web server. It is a suppurate download from the mySQL website and is required so that an ODBC connection can be made to the mySQL server.

You should also run the application pool in 32 bit mode on x64 systems as Microsoft say it gives better performance and it is also more compatible with web applications, components, database drivers, etc.
