Last_entry_date in tblTopic not updating

Hi there.

I've just upgraded our forum to 9.63. And I've written som user controls which looks through the database on latest topics.

But it seems that the field Last_entry_date is no longer updated in tblTopic.

why ?

This field is no longer used as it is not required anymore due to new improved and optimised code that means that this data can be returned in a much better and faster way in the latest version.

The field  Last_entry_date can be deleted form your database as it is no longer required.

Instead two new fileds are used Start_Thread_ID and Last_Thread_ID by linking the tblTopic table to the tblThread table using the Last_Thread_ID you would be able to get the date of the last post.
