1. The NoFollow message is on both mobile and non mobile views. The NoFollow is a message to link spammers as it means that if they post a link in the forum to get link juice to increase their PageRank in Google it will not work as all links out of the forum will have rel="nofollow" added telling serach engines not to follow the link.
2. As Mobile Browser are cut down lite weight browsers they do not have any Rich text Editing API's so instead you get a text area and not the WYSIWYG Editor. The "Mode Prompt" and "Mode Basic" switches the text editor between displaying a prompt for Bold, Italic, etc. and inputting the Forum BBcodes directly without a prompt.
