I'm trying to upgrade from version 9 to version 10 (Microsoft SQL Server 2000). I follow the steps. Pulse on "test database connection". Get me OK. Then pulse on "next" and returns to setup.asp. Sorry for the translation, but I'm Spanish and I am translating with bing Translator.
What I do wrong?

Make sure you have read, write, and modify permissions enabled on the forums 'database' directory so that the configuration settings can be written to the files on this folder.

I've already got. The problem is with internet explorer. I have been able to update to firefox.
