Make sure you are running the latest version as I believe that this bug was fixed about 6 to 12 months ago.

We are not able to replicate this in the lab, what type of database are you using?

It looks like the issue is related the the size of the users signature.

As a work around you would need to either shorten the signature or edit the user profile through the front end of the forum where the signature is trimmed to make sure that the signature is not to large for the database.
