Hi
I have an older version of the forum
Version 7
And I have a problem with the Text Editor
This option is only functional on older browsers version 6
And new browsers that do not work

How can I fix this problem?

Version 7 is over 8 years old now and so would be lacking support for new browsers as well as being vulnerable to new security and hacking techniques.

Version 7 was issued an 'end-of-life' some 4 years ago now and is no-longer supported.  You should look at upgrading to the latest version 10 which is supported and also has supported for the latest browsers including a mobile optimised view for mobile browsers on Tablets and Mobile Phones.
