I have moved your posts to the Web Wiz Forums support forum.
The error that you have:-
Provider Catastrophic failure
Is a database error and means there is an issue connecting to your mySQL Database that you are using for your forum. It could be that the database has become corrupted or an issue with the database server.
You should contact your website about this issue for them to investigate the issue with the database or database server.

Thanks for your answer. I posted it at website-support. Here is the answer. (translated from Danish)
- This is not correct - database is ok, its the forum that crashes the database-driver.
So, what do I do now?

Unfortunately you are in a bit of a predicament as we know 100% that the fault is not with Web Wiz Forums but an issue with your web hosts servers.
If your web host can not address the error then you would need to look for a new host.

If you contact Sales & Accounts with the URL of your present forum and any relevant information that may help can discuss with you the best solution and migration plan for your forum.

I have made two inquiries now, via the webform. The first last week and the second yesterday. No answers from your colleges at sales & accounts....Could you please check if they have received anything?
