Since updating to the new version I've been receiving complaints about users having to confirm they accept the terms and conditions each time they login (By default the form is set to no).

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed the same or is it just my lot? For now I have edited the include file and changed the default to yes.

Thanks

This update is to comply with the new EU Cookie Directive that becomes law on the 26th of May 2012.

You should keep the default as no and also update your forum rules to include a clause regrading settings cookies on the members computer, so that you comply with the new law.

This update appears to have broken the ability of Opera Browser to remember passwords.

On this login page and no other of which I am aware, the Opera Password Manager will only reset the radio button and appears not to fill in the username/password.

As an Opera Browser user for over 12 years and a regular on a forum hosted on this software I would be pleased to be advised of some workaround for this issue.
