My server has been updated AspUpload and now when I upload a photo of me up but I get an internal server error. The problem may be server or does not support the new version?

I have seen that the problem is because I have enabled:
 
Maximum Image Width
This is the maximum width an uploaded image can be, if the image is larger it will be re-sized to this size.
You must have Persits AspJPEG inststalled on the server to use this. You can use the Server Compatibility Test Tool to see which components you have installed on the server.
 
Maximum Image Height
This is the maximum height an uploaded image can be, if the image is larger it will be re-sized to this size.
You must have Persits AspJPEG inststalled on the server to use this. You can use the Server Compatibility Test Tool to see which components you have installed on the server.
 
 
 
Does the server have to activate this feature found within AspUpload 3.x?

Image resizing requires that you also have Persists AspJPEG installed on the server as well as AspUpload.

AspUpload is used to upload the image and then AspJPEG is then used to resize the image.
