Hi WebWiz,

In version 10.15, I can't get the function 'Batch Delete Members' to work.
I user following setup:

Delete Members that have never posted that registered over = 1 Year
Checkmark in 'Alle member accounts'

The result is: 0 Members have been Deleted.
When I do a manual count, I find over 60 members that never has posted and been members in more than one year.

Is there an error here?

By the way: A 'Batch Suspend Members' would also be really nice.

Kind regards

Allan

The Batch Delete Members Tools has not been updated for what must be 5 years. It would seem odd that it is not working in your installation.

What type of database are you using?

The myODBC driver used for ASP to connect to the mySQL database can be rather buggy. Try having the myODBC driver updated on the server to the latest version and see if that fixes the issue.

Thanks Bruce.
I will contact my provider and ask them to check the version and update if necessary.

Have a nice summer
