Can some modbuilder do a cool mod??

Hello, I have tried to do a mod. but i dosent working for me. now iam wondering if somebody can do a mod for me (and everybody else).

The mod: a image galler.

If some members want to uppload images then he goes to a site that check if he is online and so.. when i has disaided what image he want to link he put it into a text field... just the link, he suoldent uppload just link. then it comes inte tblauthor_id in a column its name is image and is number in access. when i click on submit a page add it into a table that name is images. or something. that i want to do its a page for the members thay just have to link their images and then on a page its writing out:

carren's images:
- pic 1
- pic 2
- pic 3

Alexander's images:
- image 1
- pic 2
- image 3

so just the members that have upploaded images is writing out on the page that writing out every pics...

please help me...
