	Any asp free web hosting recommended? I can't make it at Brinkster. And b.domaindlx.com is dead slow.

	In the following testing forum I want quests to come in and post, but CANNOT edit. I have disallowed the permission for guests to edit. But I find that anyone can still edit. What's wrong? http://b.domaindlx.com/shuntang/web_bk01 I have tried several kind of denial, but anyone still edits as a guest. How can I stop them from editing?
