chinese big5 in subject line scrambled

	when i posted a message in the test forum, the chinese big5 characters in subject will be displayed as #'s (unicode #?). but the message itself is fine in chinese big5. is this a limitation of the software? or can i fix it by doing some configuration?

	This is because of the code page set in the header for this site is for western characters only. In your own version you will need to set the code page for the pages to one that allows chineese characters.
