Hello,

I have old SQL forum (7.01) and would like to copy all members (w/o groups/posts/etc) to new, just created SQL forum (also 7.01).

Could you tell me please In this case, will be enough to copy "tblAuthor" table from old SQL DB to new one? I think it shall be done before msSQL_server_setup.asp script run?

I would do it after the msSQL_server_setup.asp and choose to drop the destination table or delete it's entries before copying...

Thank you! Could you tell me please, what tasks you performed through Enterprise Managers? It seems we can't just drop table because there are some relations/etc created by msSQL_server_setup.asp...

I forgot you can't drop it, just choose to Replace existing data instead of Apend when you copy it and you'll be fine.

<edit> or you can just delete the admin and guest accounts and then import the data from your old db...
