What version an I using?

Guys.. this may be a dumb question,

But what version forum do I have.  I installed it last year, and totally forgot.  Here's the link:  http://forum.ccitclub.com .  I can't find the version number in the source code.

ahh.. someone please tell me how I can find out which version it is. 

I'm trying to update (migrate) the database to v7 but I get error with common.asp

I have the website up, but no data in it.

I used the migration tool already, everything went fine expect during the transfer, I got a few pop up windows asking me to input a parametre or varibale????  I just left it black and pressed enter.

After the transfer, I compacted the database and renamed and uploaded to the server.  Then, when I attempt to load the website, I get this:
