Does anyone know a secure web page based email like this forum which i can upload to my webspace and add email clients to from my domain name?

The other place to look would be sourceforge (www.sourceforge.net) They have a number of opensource apps avaialble.

The one i use, which I think is pretty good, is www.webmailasp.net.
They are not free, however you only need to pay like $45 for 100 user
licence which I think is pretty good price.
The otherone, also brilliant is http://www.iisworks.com/webmail/ They are free, but only for up to 3 users.
I dont really know of any others.

Hahaha. That's kind of funny - 3 users. Let's count...
1) abuse@domain.com 2) postmaster@domain.com 3) yourname@domain.com
Basically means one address. And depending upon what you are doing and where you live, you need info@, sales@, support@, blahblah...
But I guess free is free and free is still good
