You've ignored the warning enabled the active users on the Access version.

You're database is now corrupted, you will have to download the database open in access and use the compact and repair tool from the tools menu.

Also disable the active users feature from teh admin area to prevent this happening again as the database can become so corrupted it can sometimes be beyond repair.

It is the part that shows users online.

By default on the Access version this is disabled so you must have enabled it yourself from the Forum Configuration page in the admin area.

The active users won't work with any version without fear of the database becoming corrupted. This is not just 7.5.

If you can not unlock your forum you will need to unlock it by hand dierctly in the database by finding the filed in the tabl tblConfiguration and uncheck it. It's something like forum_closed.
