thanks for reading this topic, I hade a problem in my IISv5.x in WinXP right now, and the problem is when I try to make a script with this code

Scripting.FileSystemObject

it seems that its not loading the script, it keeps loading for a long time and not viewing the page, is there a virus on my pc or there is wrong about the dll of my computer?

It's just hanging. Lookup the syntax and you'll be fine. It's an object, so you'll have to create it first.

If you have norton antivirus you have to disable 'auto protect' (but i wouldnt recommend doing that for long periods).

I've done that part, I have a conclusion about my problem, I've install PHP intaller wizard in IIS and not it is working and I noticed this problem since I install PHP in IIS, is there any problem would affect my ASP script if I install PHP in IIS, can I fix it?

to blue frog: yeah I done that thing to but its not working.

to mart: I've done that part and still has a problem.

Try disabling script blocking i always get auto protect and script blocking mixed up.

Installing PHP shouldnt affect ASP (i have ASP PHP Perl ASP.NET installed on mine and it works fine). Try reinstalling IIS (uninstall PHP first) then reinstall PHP.

Check if somewhere you are blocking the scripts.
Its the most common failure.

IIS in winxp sucks for development.. and run scrips slowly as well frquenty fails with scripts working with file system..

better use a server OS for development like windows 2000 or 2003
