powered by Right???

hi ,

i wanted to ask who made thos application to make something and i think i have to ask him before i do it maybe he will not accept thats why i type this supject here..

im develping a site and may i will use some of webwiz applications

and i dont wanna remove the powered by at all all what i want i will remove it from that place and i will put it in another place like this

so plese tell me whatdo u think about what im gonna do ..
