If i dont need coz some memberz dont know how to do that soo they get that msg

This forum software will not work unless the user has javascript and cookies enabled. 

The forum uses javascript and cookie to track whether they are logged in or not.  Without cookies, then it assumes they are not logged in since there is no cookie to say who's logged in.

There is no way around this.

You may have to post a FAQ on your site on how to enable cookies and javascript.  Or send them to a page that tells them how.
