Access 2000 to XML

I was wondering if there is any script in ASP which could call up database fields and input them into a XML sheet. I'll give a example...

I got a weblog on my site, and I enter information into it via a ASP script which then submits the data to a Access 2000 database (pretty much like every other ASP script). But now I want it to be able to then post the information to a XML document so that I could have a RSS to submit to other sites such as LiveJournal.

I am fairly new to ASP 3.0 still so please forgive me.
