If I use URL redirect with frames it says

In a seperate window without frames it works.  Are frames not allowed?

you shouldnt run the forum inside frames, as it causes trouble with cookies..

also, if you had done a search before yo asked, you would have found the answer real quick.. this question is answered almost every day!

That's not completely true. Without accepting 3rd party cookies, you can not log into the forum if you using the frames to point to a forum on a different server than the frames.
