Hi...I've finally decided to update my WWF 7.01 to 7.7a and it's working almost perfect.

The only problem i've found, it's a cookies problem. When I want to login, if i click the "Return to the discussion forum" link, the forum doesn't show me logued in until i press F5. But when i wait to be redirected, everything it's okay.
Also i'm having the same problem when I try to logout. I click the link, and the forum doesn't show me logued out until i press F5 again.

And, also I get problems in the active users, last registered user, and last poster on each forums, until I press F5.

And some user reported me that the forum keeps rejecting their passwords (not forever, just sometimes, and it fixes in a while or the next day)

I've deleted the cookies, so that's not the problem.

Thanx for reading me
Bye!

PD: sorry about my english, I'm from Argentina...

This is NOT a cookie issue.

It sounds like a cache problem.

The forum pages are set not to cache pages, but this maybe overidden by:-
  • Your browser caching pages
  • Your web hosts are caching your sites pages
  • You are going through a proxy server that is caching the pages
This maybe something you need to take up with your web host and is not directly related to version 7.7a.

By the way...also in my WWF 7.7a the "report" button doesn't show up. Do you know why?

Thanx a lot again!!!!!

It will not show if you are the admin/moderator as there is no point in reporting a post to yourself, or if you are the person who made the post.

No, i registered another user, just for that reason (it's obvious that if i'm the admin the button won't show) and didn't show up either.

Thanxx again!!

You also need the email features of the forum enabled as the report feature sends an email to the forum admin.
