for the cost of hosting these days, i would avoid freee webhosts.
for less than a big mac or or simular you can get webhosting worth having, free hosts over load the servers and at the sligtest that your use a bit of server resources they ask you to upgrade, this is where there hosting plan works (getting you to upgrade).
also there are restrictions on the features you can use, clashing with other Web Wiz Forums if same settings (Prefixes), and things like uploading, email etc are usually disabled on the server.
