I use E-Classifieds Lite Edition http://classifieds.horseplaycentral.com/  it cost around 65 per year.

But hey also have a free edition that you put on your own server and is a free download. http://www.e-classifieds.net/products/free.html
Pay for your copy of WebWIZ, it's worth it and you know it!
