Frequently Asked Question Page

How about an option at the top of the front page that takes you to a separate html page for compiling a list of FAQ's and answers. Each FAQ could be entered in to the database through a similar editor interface and then anchor points/bookmarks would automatically be generated so as to create a list of questions at the top and the answers below. It could be integrated into the forums and members with appropriate permissions would be allowed to update it.
